To ensure a smooth delivery, please follow these steps:

• Receiving Freight Shipment – How your table is shipped and delivered
• Box Count – Verifying all boxes upon arrival
• Check for Damages – What to do if your table arrives damaged

This information will also be emailed to you after purchase.

• The driver will provide a Delivery Receipt (DR)—this confirms how many boxes should be on your pallet.
• Before signing, count the boxes and ensure they match the DR.
• If any boxes are missing, note it on the DR and inform the driver.

• Inspect all boxes for damage before signing. Look for dents, punctures, or crushed areas.
• If a box is damaged, fully open it to check the table inside.
• If damage is found:
  • Note it on the DR and inform the driver.
  • Do not accept the damaged box—send it back with the driver.
  • Keep undamaged boxes.
  • Contact us immediately at returns@pokerprovoke.com with photos so we can arrange replacements.
• If the driver tries to rush you, let them know you have 15 minutes to inspect and are allowed to refuse damaged items.
• Once you sign without noting damage, you waive your right to file a claim.

• Processing & Delivery: In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days and usually arrive within 10 days (see product pages for estimates).
• Order Updates: A confirmation email is sent after purchase, and tracking details are provided within 24 hours of shipment.
• Delays: High-demand periods may extend shipping times. We’ll notify you if needed.
• Shipping Restrictions: We only ship within the lower 48 states (USA). No shipping to PO Boxes, freight forwarders, military addresses, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska.
• Address Policy: Once shipped, addresses cannot be changed. Returns due to incorrect addresses follow our return policy.
