Understanding these guidelines ensures clarity on delivery timelines, return procedures, and any associated fees.

Box Count:

Once your table arrives the delivery driver is going to hand a form called the "DR" or Delivery Receipt. Once you receive this document, sign it to state that you accept liability to inspect and go ahead and take a look at the boxes.

Count the number of boxes on the pallet and make sure your count matches that on the Delivery Receipt. Report any missing boxes to the driver and NOTE ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT!

Check For Damage!

If you accept your delivery and later find that your product is damaged, we cannot guarantee a replacement or a refund so please be sure to FULLY inspect your order inside and out before accepting delivery and follow our order receiving instructions.

In the case that you notice concealed damage while unpacking your table that was not clearly visible during delivery, please contact us at returns@pokerprovoke.com with pictures of the concealed damage within 5 business days of receiving your shipment.

Please note Poker Provoke or our carriers are not liable for damages that occur while moving your table into your residence or business, so please make sure you have assistance on the day your table arrives to insure you and your table make it inside safely as your new table is quite HEAVY. DO NOT DELAY

Lifetime Warranty

Lifetime warranty on non-consumable parts. Non-consumable parts refer to the structural integrity and craftsmanship of the table including fasteners, legs, and feet, and finish. Not included in the lifetime warranty are the consumable components which get wear as a result of normal use, these include playing surface, armrest material, and foam components.

RAM Game Room Warranty:

RAM Game Room offers a 1-year limited warranty. If you have any questions, concerns, or would like more details about this warranty, please give us a call or an email and we will be happy to help.

If the item(s) you ordered is in stock and ready to ship, it will ship within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed with no guarantees.

Estimated delivery times will be on product pages for you to see. All products should deliver within 10 days.

You will receive an order confirmation email to the e-mail address you provided when checking out as soon as you place the order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

Shipping lead times may be longer than usual during holiday/rush periods, or supplier's warehouse backlogs. In this situation, we will notify you via email to obtain your permission to proceed with the order.

The estimated delivery time of each item(s) will be on our product pages but all products should deliver within 10 days of your order.

We only ship within the USA, to the lower 48 states, and we do not ship to PO Boxes, Freight forwarders, Military addresses, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.

Once your order has shipped, changing the delivery address is not permitted.
Any returns due to that reason will be treated as a regular return with return fees applied per our returns policy (returnable products only).

Freight Shipment:

Our poker tables are shipped via freight carriers that require the customer to schedule a delivery appointment.

Once your package arrives at your local station, the freight carrier will call your phone number provided with the order to schedule a delivery appointment.
It is the customers’ responsibility to schedule the delivery appointment with the carrier. The carrier will provide their available slots for delivery and you can choose an available date and time.

We highly recommend that you keep track of your delivery and be proactive by calling the carrier to schedule the delivery appointment.

By default, all ground and freight shipments will be delivered with curbside delivery. This means that the truck driver will deliver the shipment roadside or to the end of the driveway/curb. In some cases, adding a lift-gate service won't be possible, or the item(s) will be too large for a lift-gate due to the size of the package.

The driver has the right to refuse to use the lift-gate if he/she doesn't feel safe using it. In this case, it's the customer's responsibility to help the driver offload the package from the truck.

Please be prepared that when delivering the shipment to your home or business, it is your responsibility to transfer the package(s) from the truck to your garage, home, or wherever you might want to store the package, and to assemble the product.

An adult over the age of 18 must be present at the time of delivery to receive the shipment, and sign the Bill of Lading.

Most of our branded merchandise comes with a limited time warranty(1-2year depending on manufacturer) against any manufacturer’s defects. Poker Provoke reserves the right to request suitable images of any warranty claim prior to the warranty being honored.

Returning an Item

Orders are 100% refundable and cancellable without a fee for 24 business hours. After 24 business hours, a cancellation fee on the entire order will be applied as manufactures will begin preparing your materials for production.

If your order wasn’t processed/shipped yet and can be canceled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email, and we will void the transaction so you won't be charged. If we already charged your card, we will issue a refund back to your original method of payment without any fees.

If the item(s) is already processed or shipped and can’t be canceled, you will have the option to refuse the delivery or return your order once delivered. 

Such a return is subjected to a return shipping fee and restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The refund will be processed once the item has been received at the warehouse and inspected.
