Receiving Freight Shipment

  • Your table ships fully insured on a pallet via ground freight.
  • The carrier will call before delivery to schedule a time to drop off your table.
  • Curbside delivery only unless white-glove service is arranged before shipping.
  • If damaged, follow the Box Count and Check for Damages steps for immediate assistance.
  • Have two people ready to move and assemble the table.
  • Do not drag the table’s armrest on the floor to avoid damage.
