Important Delivery Information
To ensure a smooth delivery, please follow these steps:
✅ Delivery & Scheduling
- Your table ships on a pallet via ground freight and is fully insured.
- The carrier will call before delivery to schedule a time to drop off the table.
- Curbside delivery only unless white-glove service is arranged before shipping.
- Have two people ready for moving and assembly.
- Do not drag the armrest on the floor to avoid damage.
✅ Box Count & Inspection
- Upon delivery, the driver will hand you a Delivery Receipt (DR)—this shows how many boxes should be on the pallet.
- Before signing, count the boxes and ensure they match the DR.
- If any boxes are missing or damaged, note it on the DR and inform the driver.
✅ Handling Damage
- Inspect all boxes before signing. If you see dents, punctures, or crushed areas, fully open the box to check the table.
- If damage is found:
- Write it on the DR and tell the driver.
- Do NOT accept damaged boxes—send them back with the driver.
- Keep undamaged boxes.
- Contact us immediately at returns@pokerprovoke.com with photos for a quick replacement.
- If the driver rushes you, let them know you have 15 minutes to inspect and can refuse damaged items.
- Once you sign without noting damage, you waive your right to file a claim.
