Important Delivery Information

To ensure a smooth delivery, please follow these steps:

Delivery & Scheduling

  • Your table ships on a pallet via ground freight and is fully insured.
  • The carrier will call before delivery to schedule a time to drop off the table.
  • Curbside delivery only unless white-glove service is arranged before shipping.
  • Have two people ready for moving and assembly.
  • Do not drag the armrest on the floor to avoid damage.

Box Count & Inspection

  • Upon delivery, the driver will hand you a Delivery Receipt (DR)—this shows how many boxes should be on the pallet.
  • Before signing, count the boxes and ensure they match the DR.
  • If any boxes are missing or damaged, note it on the DR and inform the driver.

Handling Damage

  • Inspect all boxes before signing. If you see dents, punctures, or crushed areas, fully open the box to check the table.
  • If damage is found:
    • Write it on the DR and tell the driver.
    • Do NOT accept damaged boxes—send them back with the driver.
    • Keep undamaged boxes.
    • Contact us immediately at returns@pokerprovoke.com with photos for a quick replacement.
  • If the driver rushes you, let them know you have 15 minutes to inspect and can refuse damaged items.
  • Once you sign without noting damage, you waive your right to file a claim.
