    Does the MAX6 shuffle randomly?
    Yes. A single pass through the MAX6 produces a level of randomness equivalent to 3–4 manual shuffles, with no repeating pattern.
    What card games does it work with?
    The MAX6 has built-in presets for Texas Hold'em, Blackjack, UNO/Rummy, Bridge, and Crazy Eights. For everything else (Spades, Cribbage, Skyjo, Phase 10, Magic, Pokémon, and more), Custom Mode lets you fine-tune every part of the deal: number of players (up to 12), cards per player, extra community cards, deal direction (clockwise or counter-clockwise), dealing distance, and consecutive or randomized order. It can play virtually any card game.
    Does it handle full Texas Hold'em?
    Yes. It deals up to 10 players in Hold'em mode, automatically burns the correct card before the flop, turn, and river, and can be reset to fewer players when someone busts out. After each hand, the deal rotates to the next player, just like the dealer button moving around a real poker table.
    Will it reach across my table?
    Dealing distance is adjustable: Close, Mid, or Far. On Far, cards travel 2–3 feet from the machine. For larger tables, place the MAX6 in the middle and it reaches every player comfortably.
    Does it work with plastic cards, TCG cards, and sleeves?
    Yes. The MAX6 handles plastic playing cards (Copag, Faded Spade) and standard TCG cards (Magic, Pokémon) just as smoothly as paper. Slim, standard-fit sleeves work fine. Thick or oversized protective sleeves can cause jamming and aren't recommended.
    How do the remotes work?
    Remotes let each player draw their own cards in games like UNO, Phase 10, and Crazy Eights. One press equals one card. For poker, remotes are optional; the deal button on the machine handles every street.
    How loud is it, and how is it powered?
    The MAX6 runs at about 55 decibels, quiet enough to easily hold a conversation while it shuffles and deals. It's rechargeable via the included USB-C cable, and a single charge lasts for weeks of regular play. Recharging fully takes a couple of hours.
    What's the warranty?
    Every MAX6 includes a 2-year warranty against manufacturer defects. If anything inside the unit fails through normal use, email support@pokerprovoke.com. Once we receive the unit back for inspection, we ship a free replacement with 2-day delivery. (Damage from drops or misuse isn't covered.)
